random number from dagum distribution in java

Is there a library or class in java that allows you to get a random number from a given distribution? I need in particular to generate random numbers from a Four parameters Dagum distribution: http://ift.tt/2zY5zcl

And from the Generalized Extreme Value distribution http://ift.tt/2AmFi85

Is there an easy way or do I have to figure it out myself for these uncommon distributions?
