Generating a table that is randomly populated in qualtrics

I would like to use create a survey question on qualtrics where a table is displayed. The table is randomly populated where each cell show a randomly selected value from a pre-defined list of values. For example, one cell could display "Race", so either White, Black, Asian, etc would appear. Another cell could display "Gender", so either male or female would appear, and so on.

I have no idea how to even start doing that. I tried embedding JS, but I think I'm doing it all wrong. I am supposed to embed data first? If someone could at least direct me towards the first few steps of making this happen?
