What's the best way to calculate the discrepancy of an array in relation to the KS test?

Basically, for my project I have to show some kind of correlation between the value of K of a sample and its discrepancy, looking to prove that the higher the value of K, the higher its discrepancy. But my supervisor left me with no answers regarding the method of calculating the discrepancy.
