a cmd window pop up randomly

i had a problem in my window , i think it's after reinstalling it ,there is a cmd window that is keeping in popping up randomly , (every 1 hour maybe) i checked my startup tasks and there isn't something wrong .. i didn't know the reason why that window still popping up ..
