How to read random cell in specific range with Apache POI?

I'am Mateusz. This is my first post here so be soft for me.

I try figure out how to read random cell in one column (from EXCEL) by Apache POI in Java.

I don't have any idea. I spent too much hours on seraching and trying but i have nothing. Somebody can give me a hint or some advise?
