How to generate N positive random floats with given average in Python [closed]

I am trying to generate a list of N positive floats, whose average is given by the user. The range of the floats can be determined by either giving upper and lower limit, or by giving a standard deviation, or anything else. The important part is that the output should have N floats, with the given average.
