is it possible to predict machine generated powerball number if i have a couple years of data? [closed]

As it said in the title. If I have more than 2 years of data for power ball result, and this power ball number is generated by the machine(which I can assume that it is not fully "random"). Is it possible to predict the next power ball number? If so, what would be the best training and algorithm for it?
