Batch to CSV with Random numbers

The script should do the following:

For exercise purposes, a CSV file with the name: NNVV_User.csv should be created on the user's desktop

The content of the file is a heading: User name, password and a number of "data records" to be specified by the user: test1, test1_randomnumber, test2, test2_randomnumber, etc.

It should look like this: Results
