How can i create a list of random numbers with given constraints? [closed]

I am trying to create a list of length 120 numbers that follow some constraints.
It Should follow 2 constrains\

1. Each Value in the list has a min-max limit.\
2. The total sum of all number in list at the end should be a chosen number.\
   

How can achieve this?
