Where I can get public randomized data?

First of all I say that maybe this question is stupid, but I have to ask it :) I'm doing small service for rating. In this service I have to use some random variable which will influence on final rating result. I use this service api right now. As you can see this is flight weather forecast with some random data like temperature which I used. But I think our world can suggest us much more random data except temperature. Maybe someone knows some sources with public available random data which will be renewable. I also will need some history of observations. I also tried to find some alternative but the one thing I have managed to find was OpenWeatherMap api which gives some data. I will need some history for this random data and also real time. I hope this is not so stupid question and I can get some other random data type.
