Generate 128 bit random key using SecureRandom in Java

It is required to generate a random key with a length of 128 bits using SecureRandom, then calculate the HMAC (based on SHA2 or SHA3) from the move with the generated key. The move is a random number. Example of HMAC key: BD9B5544739FCE7359C267E734E380A2
