importing data randomly from one excel to another excel

I have Excel1 and Excel2 sheets, I want to copy data randomly for a column in Excel1 from another column in Excel2, cells in Excel 1 are more than Excel 2, so duplicate data has to be generated for the column in Excel1. Please let me know how to achieve this in Excel?
