Dice roll program

1. I'm having an issue with the user entering 0 as a guessed number and my program is accepting 0 as input for numbers 1-6 So how do I fix this issue?

2. I'm also having an issue with my random number. When I run the program I get my first random number. After the program asks the user to play again and the user says yes, the same number is generated again and again and again until the user wants to stop. Then running the program like new, a new number is generated and the problem persist. How do I fix this?
