C - How to generate random

I would like to know if there is a C library which allows to generate random token ?

I want to generate a random big token for session id in a C network program. If there is no library to do it what can I do ? Because it is an important part in the security of my program. And on how many bits must I have my token to prevent bruteforce or other attack ?
