Without giving me the answer (which is why the program included is not in this question) could someone explain this in terms I am more likely to understand. "Specify any error handling needed to trap errors in the booking screen, file creation and opening an existing file algorithms."

booking screen is just a basic page, file creation and opening and existing file are pretty self explanatory, they are both just a process included in the small program
