How to weed out Date of Birth from unknown data source containing multiple columns which could be Dates

So I'm currently working on processing sensitive data.

And lets say my client has some database X

I get data from that database X and now I have to weed out sensitive data such as birth dates, SSN, phone numbers, CC and similar

Our database X could contain all kinds of information but lets focus on Dates for now. Lets say I want to find birth dates only from pulled data but database X could contain Date Modified, Date Created etc etc and i need to find out only columns with Birth Dates

And I'm in search for some rule to check up on it

Thinking about searching column names with keywords such as Birth etc (however my client could be german or what not and have other words so perhaps create a dictionary and just snoop through it, however columns could still be named idk BD or something......)

Any thoughts?
