Mobility model simulation in c++?

I have a c++ program with basic code of a couple of nodes but I need to somehow simulate the nodes moving every 30 sec with random waypoint model and I have no idea how. How do you simulate with c++ I guess is the main question ive , so far I see no tutorials.
