Some one help me to develop a python program which contain details of 50 Employees randomly and to generate payslip monthly [closed]

Create and store 50 employees randomly and store it in a file called 'employee.dat' with details such as empID, name, dept, basic salary, Travel Allowance. Again generate a pay report/ salary details in a separate file named 'payslip.dat' fetching the details from 'employee.dat' file for each month and the report should be viewable dept wise, individually or whole company.
