How do I make a webpage RNG that doesn't reset results on refresh?

I'm attempting to create a webpage to be used for a small roleplaying community and am trying to create a Random Number Generator/dice roller on a webpage that displays the results of every roll made sequentially, rather than resetting them when the page is refreshed. I'm new to coding and don't even know where to start; any help would be greatly appreciated.
