Block a number of Random Number Generator on Google

Does anybody know how do I block or simply reroll when the random number generator get a certain result? I'm asking for the Google Random Number Generator as what you will see when you type random number on Google. I know the inspect element way but I don't know what to do with it next. Can someone talk to me about this a bit?
