How would I generate binomially distributed random numbers in R?

Generate 500 binomially distributed random numbers with parameter n=100 and p=0.01 in R.

I know what the binomial distribution is but I have no clue how to generate these random numbers with the help of binomial distribution in R. Can someone explain me what I have to do here?
