How Can I Choose a random Integer Within the Infinite Range?

Actually, We all Know That Numbers Never End, And We Know That randint Requires at Least the Upper Limit Of the range that Contains the random integer we're gonna choose, so Basically i'm asking how can we choos a random integer Within a range with no limits in python ?
