How to display and use variables from a .csv document in oTree / Python?

I want to include variables from a .csv document in oTree. These variables should be shown randomly shown to the participants.

For instance, participant 1 receives for variable1 and variable 2 estimate7 and estimate3, whereas participant 2 obtains for variable1 and variable 2 estimate6 and estimate4.

How do I write this command in oTree?
