Random div from csv list or from HTML

I have a recipe on this page: http://limitlesshoops.com/teams/tigers/recipes.html that I want to display as a random selection instead. I have a list of over 13,000 recipes in a csv that includes image URLs, but I'm using Google Spreadsheets to just turn those into HTML because that might be easier for me. Any help would be fantastic because I've worked on this for hours and can't figure it out. Thanks a ton.
