Best jQuery Notification plugin with specific parameters

Now I find best jQuery Notification plugin for the next task. Task: "When site is loaded after that notifications is appearing and every notifications will appear then disappear. After random seconds other notification is appearing, disappearing then after random seconds other random notifiations is appearing, disappearing. So this process must be infinite. All random notifications will be combine to one class.

So script will be choose random notifications with random delay between appearing of these notes. This is infinite process.

Is it Possible? And which jquery plugin can do it?

In Internet there are too many plugins and I feel dizzy about that. I hope you understood my question.
