Random integer between -3 and 3 inclusive in vb.net

I seriously doubt no one has asked this question for vb.net here before but I just cannot find it. If anyone can redirect me to a question with the solution, I would appreciate it.

If the title wasn't enough, I need a random whole number (-3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, or 3)
