How do you install RDieHarder on R?

This is the error I got when install the RDieHarder package. "Installing package into ‘C:/Users/pc/Documents/R/win-library/3.3’ (as ‘lib’ is unspecified) Package which is only available in source form, and may need compilation of C/C++/Fortran: ‘RDieHarder’"

I guess I should install DieHarder?
