A random Int that does not repeat Swift

I am making an app that generates random facts. I have created an array "Fact Bank" that stores all my facts. I need a random Int generator that generates a random Int that does not repeat the next time I trigger the generator.

I have already tried to create the generator but it doesn’t work as expected.
