Is this google domain is valid or spam?

I Randomly typed the google domain and came up with https://www.google.ml/ and it uses free domain generally easily available at (freenom.com), I tried whois but no info found about this domain, I am not kinda sure this is legit google domain or not, how can I tell authorities about this domain if we found this phishing site? any suggestion is appreciated.
