Returning Two of the Same Random Values (at different times)

Started doing my own thing outside of classes in HS today, working on a C# quote guessing sort of program to begin with. The problem is, the method will always return a different value when I called it, so the quote and author don't match up. Is there anyway to call back the last random value in a separate event than the original?

In other words, can you make it so the system calls the same random value twice? I've not worked with the Visual Studio Community edition I'm using at home yet, so I don't really know if there's some sort of method for that.
