How do I create a List with 5000 random number between 0 and 9 in C#? [on hold]

As the title says I'm trying to create a List with 5000 randow numbers between 0-9. I'm failing exceptionally at the task and therefore need your help.

To clarify: I'm looking for integers! I want the output to look like this: 2 3 3 4 1 4 5 6 and so on. Then I would also like for example count how many 5s and 3s there is in the output.
