is it possible to predict the next pseudo random number if I have previous 200 to 1000 numbers generated in sequence?

if I have 200 to 1000 pseudo random number generated in sequence, can I predict the next pseudo random number. If it is possible then please tell me what I have to learn to make that program. And if any program like this already exist please tell me.
