Java Randomness Test (non-GUI)

I'm interested in testing the randomness of certain algorithmically based numbers (numbers that have a "random" beginning and a check number in the end, like a Luhn number).

Is there a non-GUI randomness testing package for Java?

I have found a graphical interface one, but the platform that I'm testing with cannot use GUI displays (non-GUI Linux). This is referring to many different randomness testing algorithms, so, not just something that counts occurrences of repeated numbers.
