The Marsaglia Random Number CDROM (including the Diehard Battery of Tests of Randomness)?

Does anybody know where I can download an image of "Marsaglia Random Number CDROM" or the files that are on it? Bittorrent?

It looks like it has mysteriously disappeared from all the archives... I can imagine why, but there's no need to talk about it.

Does anybody know? Or, maybe somebody has one and can make me a copy? Thanks is advance
